During a recent inspection, we found that the handheld shower hose was leaking, showing clear signs of wear and damage. Additionally, the water connection had been installed too tightly, which caused undue stress on the metal components.
To fix these issues, we proposed a suitable replacement solution to ensure the shower’s functionality and durability. Whether you’re dealing with issues like broken pipes in Merimbula or drain repair in Bega, we have the expertise to tackle your plumbing needs.
The Problem
The handheld shower hose split, causing water leakage and reducing functionality. The water connection point had also been over-tightened during installation, damaging the metal components and raising concerns about its reliability.
While the customer was still using the leaking shower, they were concerned about the compromised connection and requested a replacement unit that matched the existing design.
The Keogh Plumbing Solution
To resolve the problem, we replaced the entire handheld shower unit, including the rail, to restore proper functionality and ensure long-term performance. This addressed both the leaking hose and the damaged water point, while also providing a reliable replacement that matched the existing design.
Beyond individual fixture repairs, we also offer advanced solutions for more complex plumbing issues. For example, we use no-dig pipe relining to restore damaged pipes efficiently without the need for disruptive excavation.
